Joe is very experienced and is a excellent advisor on home buying, he knows both property related and market related subjects. Although he was a little reluctant on catering my demands over the sellers at times, he definitely tried a lot to fight for me. He supported diligently on everything we needed for the closing. Joe also has a very good contact list which can be very helpful for buyers. He stood by my side from start till the end without inducing his ideas, rather clarifying my confusions inching me closer to the house.
